Is this here a good exercise bike to use for a cardio workout?

I got it because I wanted to have something to do while watching TV. So do you have one?? Do you use something similar to it??
I know that it tones muscle because everytime I use it my thighs and buttox are burning, I just want to know if its a good CARDIO workout because I don’t exercise that much anymore, so I need to exercise my heart. It’s very cold outside, so I really don’t wanted to work out outside.
How long should I use it for??? Like 15 -20 minutes??? I do this plus push-ups and set-ups…I’m trying to lose 20 pounds!! So do you have a routine for me??

Yes any type of cardio is good for you. I do suggest you do 30 mins minimal. 30 mins is when you really start to push yourself and you get better results. About the pushups and sit ups and other things, those are good to. Make a schedule. On one day do all arms, pushups and things like that. Another, do legs and do things like squats. Another things is abs and u do sit up and crunches and things like that. Always try to do your cardio after to do your routine. After a while is wont be as difficult as it seems.

Walmart,Sears and Target have it but it has to be shipped.
Fast 10 points if you can find a link or know what store I can go pick it up at.Not order online then pick it up (I have no credit cards).
But actually walk in a store ,pay with cash and take the bike home.In Chicago or any suburbs in Illinois.

You can walk into walmart and pay in-store doing the “site to store” option, I think. If they cant give you that option, tell them you dont have credit cards and wish to pay cash to have it shipped to the store. Also, you can get a prepay credit card at walmart and order it online. If none of these options help, you may be out of luck. It’s also possible that you may be able to go to an exercize equipment store and they can order one for you if you pay cash in store. help with an exercise machine?!?
i need a cheap one so i looked at walmart for the ones that are 125 dollars and below because my moms paying for it and well you know how that goes, shes so interested in helping me lose weight and i guess its good encouragement. the biggest problem for me is my lower stomach starting right above my belly button and then goes down to the top of my pubic bone and around my waist and stops, before my spinal cord on both sides about an inch and a half. does anyone know of a good exercise machine? i was looking at the gazelle, i have plenty of time to do a vigorous workout on it, same with an exercise bike where it could be in my room while watching tv.
